Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Lully ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Lully mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. If you create an account, we collect identifiers such as your email address and a unique user ID through Firebase Authentication.
• Usage and analytics data. We collect information about how you use the App, including session duration, screens viewed, features used, device type, operating system, language, and approximate region. This is processed through Firebase Analytics and Amplitude.
• Diagnostic data. We collect crash reports and performance data through Firebase Crashlytics to identify and fix problems.
• Advertising identifier. On iOS, the App asks once whether you allow tracking. If you allow it, Firebase Analytics may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) so we can measure which of our ads bring people to the App. If you do not allow it, the identifier is not collected. You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Purchase information. If you make an in-app purchase or start a subscription, the transaction is processed by Apple or Google and managed through RevenueCat. We receive purchase status, subscription state, and a pseudonymous app user ID. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
• Preferences. Settings such as your preferred language and audio preferences are stored locally on your device and may be synced to Cloud Firestore if you are signed in.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To process subscriptions and entitlements.
• To diagnose crashes, debug issues, and monitor performance.
• To understand how the App is used and improve the user experience.
• To measure the performance of our advertising, if you allow tracking.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the App, including:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics)
• Amplitude (product analytics)
• RevenueCat (subscription management)
• Apple App Store and Google Play (purchase processing)

These providers process information on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies and security obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lully, our users, or others.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and usage information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. Diagnostic and analytics data may be retained in aggregated or de-identified form for longer periods.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You can turn off usage analytics and crash reporting at any time in the App under Settings → Share usage data; this stops further collection by Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. International Transfers

Information we process may be transferred to and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by other reasonable means.
